From October 8th to18th, Revel & Feast invites you to eat your way through Revelstoke with Feast Local - a celebration of the restaurants, chefs, bartenders and culinary legends who are putting our little mountain town on the map.
For 11 days, participating restaurants are stepping outside the everyday and putting something special on the table. Think seasonal ingredients, feature dishes, creative cocktails, three-course dinners and a few things you probably won't find on the menu every other Tuesday.

From seafood hot pot in Yiwu and hand-pulled noodles in Xi'an to centuries-old tea in Chengdu and soup dumplings in Shanghai, each stop revealed a new layer of China's food culture.

A Revelstoke-style high tea might include locally foraged ingredients, preserves made from Okanagan fruit, fresh herbs grown nearby, or pastries inspired by the rhythms of mountain seasons. Instead of stiff tradition, there’s room for creativity and locality.
