Hey local restaurants & eateries, be part of Revel & Feast!

In partnership with the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce, Feast Local is an invitation for local restaurants, chefs, cafés, breweries, bars, food businesses, and other culinary creators to be part of Revel & Feast.

From October 8-18, restaurants can showcase their culinary creativity by creating a dish that tells their story. Using local ingredients & inspiration from the season, this is an opportunity to get creative. See below for the FAQ.

  • Prepare your teams for the festival! You’re the experts so you know the drill.

  • You choose: the concept, the menu, the ticket price, the date and time, and the length of the event.

    You sell the tickets and run the event. We'll help promote it as part of the official Revel & Feast lineup.

  • ALFRED'S GNOCCHI CLASS

    Guests joined Head Chef Ivan Blackwell of Alfred's for an open-air cooking demonstration at Dose Coffee, where he prepared Alfred's famous gnocchi from scratch. The afternoon gave guests a behind-the-scenes look at his techniques, tips, and approach to one of the restaurant's signature dishes, with plenty of inspiration to take home and try in their own kitchens.

  • ALFRED’S RETURNS DINNER

    Two special evenings at Dose Coffee featuring a curated five-course menu from Head Chef Ivan Blackwell and Sous Chef Alasdair Aitken. Guests enjoyed beloved winter dishes alongside summer favourites, beginning with a welcome glass of Prosecco and an evening of thoughtful pairings, bold flavours, and warm hospitality.

  • QM x RUMPUS TAKEOVER

    Rumpus Brewing and Quartermaster teamed up to celebrate the craft of food and beer. The collaboration featured a tap takeover and beer dinner, pairing Rumpus brews with a menu created to complement each pour. It was a unique collaboration between brewery and kitchen, showcasing the creativity and craft of both.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Your restaurant will be included in coordinated Revel & Feast marketing, helping promote your business to locals and visitors planning their October experience and positioning your restaurant as part of Revelstoke’s culinary scene.

    Promotion may include:

    • Website listings (Revel & Feast, Chamber of Commerce) 

    • Social media features (Revel & Feast, Chamber) 

    • Newsletter promotion (including Ambassador Program participants' newsletter (2000+ subscribers)) 

    • Advertising through the Business & Visitor Information Centre 

    Revel & Feast, the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce, and Tourism Revelstoke will work together to amplify the festival and the businesses participating in it.

  • We'll provide a ready-to-use marketing kit to help you promote your participation, including:

    • Social media graphics

    • Posters

    • Table cards

    • Festival-branded promotional materials

    We'll handle the festival-level promotion so you can focus on what you do best: making something delicious.

  • All Feast Local participants will register through the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce website.

    Visit the Chamber website and complete the Feast Local participation form for your business. The form will collect the information we need to include your event or Kitchen Creation in Revel & Feast promotions.
