The evening features beloved local Chef Arnoul Mateo for a night of seasonal flavours, community, and discovery.
Celebrate the season with thoughtfully crafted bite-sized food experiences, each paired with regional wines & beverages that highlight the beauty of simple, honest ingredients. Set against the creative backdrop of the RVAC (Revelstoke Visual Art Centre), the night will be filled with music, delicious food, and the easygoing joy of gathering with friends and neighbours.
Menu inspiration: Inspired by the mountains, forests, and rivers, this menu is a journey through the wild flavors of Revelstoke. From the brightness of seasonal garden ingredients and foraged herbs to the richness of wild mushrooms and the sweetness of foraged berries, each dish is rooted in the landscape and crafted to tell the story of our place through food. It’s a celebration of seasonality, creativity, and the legends we create at the table.
