Learn to forage, prep, and cook mushrooms!
Step into the forest with Chef Aidan Cain for a culinary adventure that begins on the trails of Mount MacPherson. Participants will learn the art of mushroom foraging, discovering the flavours growing wild in Revelstoke’s backyard.
From there, the experience continues at the Nordic Lodge, where an open-air workshop brings fire, flavour, and skill together. Guided by Chef Aidan, you’ll prep and cook your harvest, transforming wild mushrooms into a feast enjoyed in good company!
