Not your typical cooking classes; they’re front-row seats to watch local chefs show off their tricks & spill a few secrets, learn some new cooking skills, and then munch on the goods.

Chef demos turned supper clubs.

  • Jon Chef Ivan to learn how to make pillowy gnocchi from scratch using simple ingredients.

    Participants will roll, shape, and cook their own gnocchi, then enjoy them with a variety of seasonal sauces.

    Guests learn to forage, process and cook foraged mushrooms, then use them to create a meal that they’ll share together.
