Emry Johnston

I have worked in kitchens for seven years throughout BC’s lower mainland and here in Revelstoke.  I followed my passion for cooking to culinary school and spent a year working towards my Red Seal at VCC downtown Vancouver. 

I love traveling and absorbing as much food knowledge as possible while on trips and enjoying other cultures.  I have a passion for painting and makeup artistry and I find my creativity pushes me towards creating dishes that excite me.
