A HIGH TEA IN THE CLOUDS with Chef KARINA MILLER
On the Sunday morning of Revel & Feast, guests joined us in the upstairs of Quartermaster Eatery with Chef Karina Miller for In the Clouds High Tea — an event that felt as dreamy as its name suggests.
Chef Karina curated an abundant spread that leaned into both comfort and indulgence. Tiered trays carried a parade of freshly baked goods — cheesy biscuits, chocolate hazelnut buns, little sandwiches… the list goes on!
Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with mimosas before being invited to choose their own teacup for the morning — a small ritual that added charm to the experience. The tea itself, sourced from Bush Berry Tea (Nakusp, BC), offered a range of beautiful blends. Plates and teacups were returned empty, spirits were full.
In the Clouds High Tea captured something special at the heart of Revel & Feast: creating spaces that feel both elevated and warmly communal. It was a moment to slow down, dress up, and savour — together.
