Level up your outdoor culinary skills, guided by local backcountry chef Jenni Bunyan. Join Chef Jenni for an outdoor cooking adventure where you’ll learn to craft a delicious meal over camp stoves and fire-inspired cookware.
In this multi course interactive cooking demo, you’ll learn outdoor cooking techniques over fire, as well as with gas stoves. We’ll start with savory s’mores, and move into how to make flatbreads, dips, lamb and toppings.
Once we’re done cooking, we’ll move into the elegant dining room at the Copeland to enjoy the meal supper club style. A glass of red wine is included. Participants can bring home any extras.
