EAT ME WORKSHOP: Kids in the Kitchen (cooking up some soup!)

Join Chef Aidan Cain for a hands-on kids’ workshop where young foodies head to the farmers market to pick out fresh veggies straight from our local farmers. 🌽🥦 Then it’s back to the kitchen to cook up delicious dishes together!

The best part? The workshop fee goes right back into the food — supporting our farmers and filling hungry bellies 💛

Where: LFI Farmer’s Market & United Church Kitchen.

Cost: $15 (covers food) Chef + Kitchen are subsidized by the festival to keep this accessible to families.
